SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Go Green LED International ("Go Green LED", "we", "us") and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Go Green LED International sends transactional and conversational SMS messages related to inquiries and accounts. Message categories include:

  • Quote and order status
  • Customer service responses to inquiries you initiate
  • Shipping and delivery notifications
  • Occasional product or program updates (typically no more than four messages per month outside an active conversation)

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Go Green LED form (such as our contact, custom quote, or ROI calculator form) and submitting your mobile number, or by replying YES to a confirmation request from us.

How to opt out (STOP)

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out and will not send further program messages to that number.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

This program is available to United States residents using participating wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers.

Privacy

We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and to support our customer relationship. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Consent is not required for purchase

Opting in to SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
