Shipping Policy
Go Green LED International ships LED fixtures across the United States and Canada from our US inventory.
Shipping destinations
We ship to all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces. Orders outside these regions are quoted case-by-case. Contact sales@gogreenledinternational.com for international inquiries.
Free shipping
Orders over $250 ship free within the contiguous US and Canada, subject to the oversized-freight exception below.
Orders below $250
Shipping is charged at live carrier rates from UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post at checkout. The rate depends on destination zone, dimensional weight, and whether the delivery is residential or commercial.
Oversized and freight orders
Some fixtures (4-foot linear tubes, high bays, and other bulky items) are classified as oversized by carriers and may require truck freight. For any order including oversized items, shipping may be quoted separately even if the order exceeds $250. We'll confirm shipping cost before processing the order.
Orders over 150 lbs total ship via LTL truck freight. The carrier will call you to schedule a 2 to 4 hour delivery appointment window.
Delivery window
Typical delivery is 5 to 7 business days from order for both US and Canada. Freight deliveries may take an additional 1 to 3 days depending on appointment scheduling.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Residential surcharges
Carriers add a surcharge (typically $4 to $6 per package) for residential deliveries. This is passed through at actual cost.
Damaged or lost shipments
Inspect your shipment on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email sales@gogreenledinternational.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll file the carrier claim and get you a replacement.
